We can't control the market or location of your home, but we can control the price and condition. The more updates a seller needs to make on a home, the more likely a buyer will account for that in their offer, IF they make an offer. On the contrary, the more a seller puts into updating and styling their home to appeal to the mass market, the more likely the home will garner a higher perceived value and ultimately a better and faster offer. Nonsense, you say? It's indeed, very true. In fact, I built a successful business on this principal for the past 15 years. Maybe I should tell you a bit more about me so you can decide for yourself.
A PROCESS MADE SIMPLE...
Select Your Package
Call Simplicity to set up a site visit or consultation. A site visit is a quick tour to provide an estimate for vacant properties. A consultation is for furnished homes that require detailed feedback on furnishings, finishes, and visual marketing strategies.
During your site visit Jason will measure, photograph, and discuss your specific staging needs. During a consultation, he provides feedback on the home and a visual marketing strategy culminating in a quote for services. Color consultations are a separate service.
An estimate is provided at the request of the homeowner. Every estimate is custom to the property so it's not possible to provide ballpark estimates over the phone.
Contract & Deposit
After contract approval, clients will be sent an estimate. Budgets, payment terms, and timing logistics are customized to the clients needs. Once contract is signed and deposit is received, clients will receive confirmation of their staging date.
Staging installation takes anywhere 3-5 days. This does not include prep work, painting or design updates.
Removal of Furnishings
Once an offer is secure, simply contact SIMPLICITY at least 15 days prior to closing for pickup.
